Personal Training: Maddie offers 60-minute full-body training sessions that will help you gain confidence and strength. She ensures that you perform exercises safely and that each session is tailored to meet your individual requirements. Sessions are located out of an independent gym near Bryant Park.

Virtual Training: Whether you have no equipment or a full gym in your garage, Maddie offers 60 and 30 minute virtual training sessions that can be done from anywhere.

Custom Workout Programs: Maddie offers monthly workout plans that are tailored to your goals, time, and equipment available. Choose from 2 or 3 workouts per week and complete them on your own through Train Heroic. This includes monthly check-ins to discuss your progress, form, and overall wellbeing.

Fitness Evaluation and Consultation: 30 minute call or 60 minute in-person session to cover form, programming, and exercise questions
